We work through the whole property in the condition it is actually in: kitchens degreased and descaled, bathrooms taken back to clean rather than tidy, appliances, cupboards, skirtings, switches, doors and frames, internal windows and sills, and floors throughout.
Because we price on condition rather than bedroom count, we ask for photos or a short walkthrough video first. That is also what lets us hold the price steady once we are on site.
If you are the outgoing tenant, tell us the date the keys are due back and we will work to it. If you are a landlord or agent, we can collect keys and work in an empty property without you needing to be there.
