We clean commercial premises where presentation matters and where the standard has to be the same every visit.
Scope, frequency and timing are agreed individually. Some clients want a single restoration-level clean to reset the premises; others want us in on a fixed schedule outside their working hours. We can work early, late or at weekends so nobody is stepping over a mop during business hours.
Frequency, minimum term, cancellation notice and payment terms are all agreed with you in writing before we start. Commercial clients can be invoiced, normally on terms up to 30 days.
