What our customers say

Brilliant cleaners, highly recommend. We hired Mabel and the So Fresh team for our End of Tenancy clean and they exceeded our expectations. I was particularly impressed by the attention to detail, and commitment to high finished standards even if it meant staying longer to get the job done (the property was a well lived-in family home). It gave us total peace of mind that we would pass the final inspection from our estate agents. So Fresh Cleaning Service were professional and responsive, and gave an accurate assessment of the time and cost for the size of the property. Worth every penny.

This family owned business is the best i have ever encountered ,we had an emergency cleaning service needed for moving in into a new house ,i have two small children and was unable to the deep cleaning that was needed and the house was in horrible condition but they made it spotless, All with their hard work i can’t thank them enough for all the hard work they put into it and made it in such a beautiful shape now. Thank you Maybil for everything🫶🏻.

I cannot recommend So Fresh enough! We recently moved into a new house and to say that it needed a deep clean is an understatement. The team came in and worked all day to ensure the house was clean and sparkling from top to bottom. I honestly cannot believe how clean they got the oven! Very professional and amazing work. If you need a cleaning company, you need So Fresh.

Amazing experience with So Fresh Cleaning Service! They left my apartment absolutely spotless! Everything was cleaned to sparkling standard. Mabel and her team were professional, thorough and clearly take real pride in their work. You can tell they put genuine care into what they do. Easy five stars 🌟

I had a truly excellent experience with So Fresh Cleaning Service. Their professionalism was evident in every aspect of their work. Mable, in particular, was exceptionally dedicated; she even joined her team members on a day that happened to be her son's birthday. The team's work was genuinely impressive. Thank you.

I cannot overstate the professionalism, thoroughness, and courtesy of SoFresh Cleaning Service. They are SUPERB. The team did a Deep Clean of our 3 bedroom house, and left it splarkling spotless after 10 hours of cheerful labour. Every tiny nook and cranny was thoroughly cleaned. Out of 10 they earn a 20. ✨👏🏼💫👏🏼🏆🫧🧽🧼👏🏼✨

A fantastic experience from start to finish! I’d had so much going on in my life, I couldn’t face emptying & cleaning my parents house. It must of been an omen! SoFresh Cleaning company was the 1st one I came across, feeling the way I did, I just had no fight left in me to fulfill everything that was thrown my way. Mabel & her team are simply the best, they’ve made my life so much easier. The house is now up to scratch to put it on the market! THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart. 🙏🌹 Julie.

I had an outstanding experience with this cleaning company. They came in and did a truly exceptional job on the entire ground floor of my home. Every surface was spotless—the walls, floors, and even the smallest details. I can’t say enough good things—they’re a top-tier company, and I would absolutely use them again. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a thorough deep clean!

Absolutely outstanding service. Lovley people. So kind and genuine. We needed a urgent clean. They managed to get us booked in within 2 days and didnt stop until it was done. I would recommend this company to everyone. Professional hard working and reasonably priced. They made such a difference it was barely recognisable. Best cleaners and will definitely use them in the future for any cleaning services we require. Thank you all so much

I live in Colchester, and I recently hired SoFreshCleaning to refresh our home — and I honestly cannot recommend them enough. My aunt had used them for our previous end-of-tenancy clean before we moved into this house, and I remembered how amazing their work was. This time, I booked them myself, and the experience was even better than I expected. When I walked into my bathroom after they finished, I genuinely didn’t recognize it. The sparkle, the attention to detail, the care, the hard work — everything was flawless. The whole team worked so professionally and so passionately, and even the owner came herself and took part. They transformed our home. My aunt had no idea I’d booked them again, and when she came back from work she was absolutely stunned. She couldn’t believe how beautiful everything looked. I’ll be honest — at first I thought their price was a bit high because I had seen cheaper options. But now I understand exactly what I paid for, and it was worth far more than the cost. Their work is premium, and they deliver beyond expectations. If you love dedicated people, real professionalism, and getting true value for your money, this right here is the company to hire! I can’t recommend them enough. I am a happy client. Thank you!

I recently used So Fresh Cleaning Service for my end-of-tenancy clean, and they truly lived up to their name! The whole place looked sparkling clean and smelled absolutely amazing. They paid attention to every detail, and I honestly had nothing to complain about. I was so impressed with the freshness and the quality of their work. Highly recommend So Fresh Cleaning Service to anyone looking for a reliable, thorough cleaning company!

Airbnb turnover I run an Airbnb and needed someone reliable between guest bookings. They have been excellent — fast, consistent and leave the place guest-ready every time. My reviews have improved thanks to them. I highly recommend

So Fresh Cleaning did an amazing job! My place has never looked this spotless. They are professional, thorough, and very attentive to detail. I’ll definitely be booking with them again and would highly recommend their services to anyone who wants a sparkling clean home.

Mabel and her team did a fantastic job with our end of tenancy clean! The flat absolutely sparkled when they were done — every corner was spotless, and it smelled amazing. Mabel and her crew were lovely to deal with from start to finish — friendly, professional, and hardworking. I couldn’t have asked for better service. Highly recommend!
