Sometimes the date moves and there is nothing to be done about it. If we have the capacity, we will take it on.
Tell us what has happened, send photos, and we will tell you straight away whether we can get a team to you and what it will cost. A short-notice or emergency call-out fee may apply, and we always confirm it before you commit to anything.
We would rather say no than promise a slot we cannot staff properly, so if we cannot do it well in the time available we will tell you that too.
Any of these can be added — just ask when you enquire and we’ll price them into the job.
